I’m Rachael Hawk
I spent 15 years building and scaling revenue organizations for startups and enterprises, through private equity investment, going public, and a market downturn. I hired and developed leaders, designed the systems their teams ran on, and generated hundreds of millions of dollars for those companies.
I also built a life I didn’t resonate with. When momentum picks up and opportunities keep coming, it’s easy to build and build and then wake up one day wondering why you created it at all. I changed course and it’s the reason I do this work.
So I start with vision. What you want your business to feel like, the legacy you hope to leave, and who you’ll spend your time and energy with.
